The ladies showed how they keep their killer abs...and their friendship...tight in the magazine.
LaLa even tweeted, "Anytime you can do a photoshoot with your bestfriend, its going to be fun! Kelly and I had a blast shooting this spread for Shape Magazine."
And Brandy recently shot some new pics for her Derek Blanks Alterego photoshoot - The struggle between good and bad. It's a high fashion story that takes you into the dark side of Brandy. The good Brandy is kidnapped and ends up struggling with herself to finally kill the dark demons within.....
